Any photographers in here?

I have no new pictures to contribute to the thread, only, I had the weirdest dream last night that I attached my SB400 flash to my D40x, tried to take a picture at a wedding (that I haven't been to ever), but the SB400 wasn't switched on, so the pop up flash came up, hit the SB400, broke my pop up flash, and the back of my D40x literally came apart, and I was scrambling all the parts trying to put it back together.

WTF kind of dream was THAT!

You have a D40x and no pictures to contribute? That camera is awesome!

ok so I am new to the site and did not really feel like reading 195 pages so I am an amatuer photographer have done some work for a couple of places around my town and usually do automotive and landscape but love the portrait photography....so here are a few of my pics.....C&C much appreciated....

Easy, put a big black blanket over the windshield. Or PS it like I did. Old pic.

Actually that pic he took looked like it was outdoors. You can see the lightpost and the street lamps. I just wanted to know what he did w/ the flash. Did he bounce it? Did he have it somewhere in the interior? etc.
 
I made a rig that holds a umbrella...so the flash was mounted onto the camera pointed behind me into an umbrella for diffusion....yea it was taken outside at night so no need for the blanket....
