Ok, I got a phone call from mazda yesterday and suprize, suprize there not going to pay for it. They sayed (like I suspected) that under the normal operation and nature of the engine it will produce hight heat and condensation and sence there is no malfunction with the product its self...yada yada. The rust I think is just deposits that have some how ended up damaging the tip I tryed getting it off with some contact cleaner/wd-40... ect but there were still visable marks that later rusted agian, so I don't know what's going on. However on the good side they said that if it gets any worse (and sence I still have plenty of corrosion warrenty left) that they would replace it but I'll prolly end up getting cat-back with in the year anyways so it doesnt really matter,(but a spare muffler woulden't hurt for if and when I ever want to turn it back to stock) oh well, I guess I just like anoying people
