about a year ago i bought an rx7 for $1000 thought it was a good deal till i started going down the road after signing all the paper work a friend that followed me told me it was pouring something out the exhaust it smelled faintly of gas but i dont think it was i tried to make it back to my house but it died at a stop light and never started again had it towed its not getting any spark with new plugs and thats about all i know beings that i know absolutely nothing about rotary motors any ideas? if not anybody wana buy? its an 86 n/a if that helps any

how do you know its not getting spark? anything done to the car? How many miles?

Sorry ive never been the best at writing/typying anything. but i actully sold it for $400 today the guy said it was the apex seal? but as far as the spark goes i did my dads old trick which is pull a plug out ground it to something metal (body, frame, screwdriver, etc.) get somebody to try and start it and see if it sparks

Then it wasn't the apex seals...was it. People reflexively blame apex seals like some blame hot days on global warming.
Not real familiar with FCs, but I would have been checking ignition: coils, CAS, ignitor....or even just grounds.
