Any golfers out there?

Just curious if there are any others out there who are as addicted to golf as I am. I just love playing it, I am so ready to retire at a house on a course. I just got my new irons in today, Adams Golf Tight Lie UC-10's...I bought the Adams Golf GT-363 9degree driver about a month ago, all I need left are some Adams Fairway woods and I have my complete adams set. For right now my fairway wood is the original one i had, and i have never liked it. But I will keep my 3-wood, because I absolutely love it. So, any other golfers out there??

I took up golf about 3-4 years ago and never looked back. It's so addictive. I was one to complain about how someone can actaully like the sport let alone watch it on tv. Now, I love even that! I'm still trying to get a hold of the TaylorMade R540 XD driver though. A buddy of mine bought one for 125US and it's so nice to hit.

I would go for the new r7 if you could shell out the extra dough.

I've been playing for about 8-9 years. Been working at golf courses for the last 5 years, so it's been awhile since I payed for golf in TN. Right now I am using the Nike Pro-Combo irons. Some Vokey wedges, Scotty Cameron putter. Been trying out alot of different drivers lately. But I always go back to my Orlimar Hip-steel 9 degree. Never really been a big fan of the TM drivers. They are always to "big headed" for me. Hopefully this summer I can finally get down to scratch. Usually fire around 74-75.

I've played golf since I was 3....20 years later, I still suck :)

Not so active anymore - it was a lot nicer in the high school years when we played for free. Greens fees are *expensive*, at least to my wallet. I haven't kept up on my equipment much....still using Nicklaus Golden Bear irons, the original Titanium Burner driver, Adams wedges, and the original Adams Tight Lies (12 degs? 4-woodish).

Bought an Adams driver from the consultant here at work that I play with from time to time for $25, but haven't really hit it much yet. I love my 4-wood...it's a great club, and I put one in from 215yds on a par 5 once (Eagle, since I put my drive in the creek). Highlight of my golf life...

Usually shoot in the low-to-mid 80s nowadays. Only been out once this year :/ ...started playing ice hockey, that's taken precedence...and hey, goalies can play for free at drop-in! That beats paying $30+ every time I want to play...

Yeah, I golf a lot, to my wife's dismay, I have Taylor made bubblebuner II's and a Big Bertha driver. But my favorite club is my Adams Tight lies 5 wood, it's getting really old and I'm thinking of getting a new one. I Painted Flames on my tight lies, to intimidate my opponents, it doesn't seem to work.

My problem is my driver doesn't fit in my MP5 trunk, especially with my 3X10" subwoofer box in there. So the clubs ride in the back seat, and my foursome turned into a twosome.

Currently not on the r7. Also I would need you to come down here. Part of the program here is that you actually come down to get it. No shipping.

That's just it. I do love that club though. Any hookups? (hint, hint)

You should try the tp510. Smaller head than the bigger 580 or r7.

I would sell crack to school childern to fund my greens fees. I just bought the new Callaway Great Big Bertha II (like 5 mins ago) to go along with my Callaway X-16 pro series irons. I use Cleveland wedges and I have the greatest tight lies ever...the 15 degree Bi Matrix shaft 3 Wood (man I love that club). I have the 2 Ball putter which works well most of the time. I play at least twice a wekk and shot in the upper 70's lower 80's...depends on how I get off the tee box. What are some of the nicer coarses you guys have played?

The only 2 nice courses I really played was New York County Club in Rockland County, NY, and Boca West in Boca Raton, FL. I also played Boca Dunes, which was a very nice course....
