damb thats beat... my buddy just crashed his prelude at the races the other night... he hit a curb, flipped, hit a pole in mid air and landed in a honda dealership ontop of a 2003 accord UPSIDE DOWN.... first convertable accord i've ever seen

Buy it back and fix it, that ain't nothin! My 88 323 GT Turbo had the same damage. I had it back on the road in a week and a half. Looked perfect!

yeah man, that isn't that bad at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they want to fix it. Did the air bags go off?

no the airbags did not go off. there was a lil plastic piece in the way. yea it does not look too bad, its just my civic looked just the same and they totaled it out

PS. If you have a good/cool mechanic.. you could probably replace the stock stuff with some aftermarket stuff for around the same price.

My friend got into a fender bender with his 2002 Eclipse... ended up getting a blitz front bumper, z3 fenders, and a CF hood out of the deal for only like $100-200 extra lol

It sucks to see these things wrecked. The Hwy 9 club lost another Protege(2003.5 MSP this time) just last week...off the cliff. The second one in three months. It's weird, no one's airbag ever goes off, and everyone walks away.

Anyway, it's good that you're OK. Good luck with the insurance company.

My sister was in an accident two summers ago with her 01' ES2.0. She had similar damage to her front end (not as bad), but had damage on the rear, too. Insurance quoted her $6500 and covered it. Her car only had 8k on it. They replaced all the parts w/mazda parts and it looked great after bringing it back twicw to get little things fixed that should have been fixed the first time. Sure your MSP will look great after repaired.

ihad a real hard time with insurance (progressive) even though HE ran the stop sign and got the ticket, progressive did not want to fix my car and stated that the accadent was my fault and i had plenty of time to stop. Not true i had the right away no matter what i was on a main street, he was crossing the street and faild to yeld. so i had to file under my insurance so i could get my car fixed. i had a passenger in the car and progressive would not take her at a wittness. so this is all BS, but atleast i get my car back and loose $250 witch that sucks.
