Almost in a freeway pile up

I was coming back from Santa Clarita this morning. All of a sudden a van in front of me was stopped. I slammed on my brakes . A Tundra next to me slammed the car into front of him just as an RV swirved right behind me to avoid rear-ending me. The next thing I see is a green BMW right behind me getting crushed by a jack-knifed 18-wheeler. All I could do was get the hell out of there. I tried calling 911, but it just kept ringing. I figured someone in the mess got in touch with the police. As I looked back, the big rig blocked the whole freeway, I don't even know how many cars behind it were hit. There were about 10 cars around me that didn't get hit in between the accident in front of us and right behind us. I was one of them. Happy Tuesday and drive safe.

Hot damn, been through that before.

And your heart doesnt want to jump out of your mouth, it wants to pound out of your chest.

Had to go flying into shoulders, and even put it sideways to avoid wrecks.

The damn luckiest one was when a lady quickly reached over to the passenger seat, jerking the wheel. Which course sent her flying over three lanes at about 80. She corrected, flew back over 3, then back, and forth, and back, and forth, then finally spinning a few times.

Lucky there was a pull off area that connects the Northbound and Southbound lanes, for myself and other drivers quickly skidded in there to avoid getting rear ended.

When we reversed back to the highway, there was no wrecks; amazing. Just one scared shitless lady facing a 18wheeler and dozens of other cars, as tire smoke filled the air.

No one honked or got pissed, they were all just to scared and suprised.

Gawd I hate the highways sometimes.

Thats happened to me several times. one time a guy stopped in the middle lane of the highway and got out to get something... WTF????? another time there was a couch in the middle of the highway... and the last time.. i saw a matrix speeding by like he wanted to race.. and i lane changes one over the the left.. and right as i do i noticed the truck that was far off last time i looked, was completly stopped in the lane i was in.... i look in the rear view mirrior like WTF? and i see all this white smoke.. at first i thought it was the engine.. but as the smoke cleared i see it got hit by a grand-am.. and then some other car ran into that... all because i felt like catching up to the matrix... in this case, wanting to race saved my life.. and my car... i decided to slow down and forget abt the matrix... it was the scariest thing... glad to see your safe mountjonas
