I think it'd be a good idea to tell them if their service is getting weak. If you don't know, you can't fix it.

exactly...it's frustrating to me when folks aren't happy with something (customer service, food quality, etc.) and instead of letting management know about it, so they can actually fix the issue, they'd rather just b**** about it...

Yep. While GTE is probably a very awesome place to take your car, they're still human and can still screw up just as well as anyone else.

I totally agree all im doing is giving a heads up on some recent past experiences. As far as racing goes they are a great shop and that's about all I know about them. I don't know what kind of personal customer service they provide this is just what I've been told. There's only one way to find out, so id someone does and their service was sour, tell them, and tell them why.

Hey everyone, my autoshop at school is about to get a hunter alighment system so we will we open to anyone needing one, it works for trucks, cars, SLAMMED CARS! we will be able to do just about everything once we get that in. we have 6 bays only 5 can be used at the moment we have 3 lifts and every tool you will ever need....EVER! just PM or call me and i can try to get a date on when it will be here.
