last i heard, they just started working on them. no one will get one prolly for another 3 weeks.
Well from the dyno chart you can see that the maps vary from 11:1 to 12:1, it's not a flat-line.Spooled said:I say timing is must for MSP's that want to turn the boost up. 10+ psi at the flashed timing settings will knock in the higher RPM's for many people unless you keep the AFR's really low (as in 11:1). Personally, I would like to retard timing a little and keep the AFR's closer to 12.
Edit: Don't get me wrong. I'm still really interested in this!
I'd like to answer but I can't seem to find the question you are talking about lol.Tommy1005 said:well, when we get them in the next 2 or 3 weeks, I will let you know. I plan on setting my boost at 10psi and using the 10psi map. DSM or EvilMSP would be able to better answer that question since he was there when they tuned the 10psi map
Pssst It was on stock plugs. The ones in my sig were damaged in shipping and never got installed, has been removed from sig now though.DSMConvert said:That was actually something we paid very close attention to in our 10psi tuning and we never had the slightest bit of detonation, though this was with 1 stage colder plugs...
