AGP Boosted MS3

To make a long story short my engine blew a few months back and I decided to build it instead of selling it and getting another car note. I really wanted to upgrade the turbo on the car without forking over ATP gt series $$$$ so I ordered a T3/T04E AGP Delta 44 .48 a/r turbo to replace the stock turbo. I've seen this turbo on srt-4s and its sick. It spools very early and you should be in full boost around 3000 rpms. I'm excited b/c tomorrow my car gets towed in to the shop and they are going to start working on the swap/build. It should be done at the end of October or early November. After the build is complete I'd like to have the car tuned by Cobb in plano, tx unless i can get it tuned in Houston by someone competent in AP tuning for our car.

Here's the setup I'm going to have when the car makes it out the shop.

With those pistons im sure you can make more, im saving up to do a similar setup, but with gt3076, Arias rod and piston package, arp head studs, main studs, PG manifold tial 44mm wastegate, cobb ap, New Oem clutch or Spec stage 2 clutch.

im missing alot still, ^^thats what i have, i need a fuelpump, front mount intercooler, A RELIABLE SHOP, and i have all the little basic mods to long to list lol.

THen again 225s are still to small, on basic bolt ons. 245s shud be a nice target.
 
got the PG mani back today. Its not the prettiest thing in the world but itll do.

Are you hoping to do that on pump gas? Race gas? Meth? No Meth?

Pretty lofty for just pump gas. Sure the motor can take all the boost you're throwing at it, it's just you'll hit a wall with the whole direct injection system at some point. DI is tricky and new so no one knows how to work with it right. Someone needs to get the tuning bugs out of this car. Too bad no one wants to support the platform... quite the opposite, companies are dropping it.

unfortunatly i think the only way to get more power after the "wall" is 2 run 2ndary injectors bunged into the intake runners, but as of now there isnt any way to tune those in conjunction with the DI injectors......thats what i would try to go with........maybe a DFI computer custom tuned with the DI injectors set to shut off after their limit is reached? but i think that would run into issues ......its a lead i guess
 
Manifold flange is going to be re-done by my shop. The local fabrication place F*&!ed up and warped the flange when they were welding it. I was told flow shouldn't be an issue after everything is said and done. I should have the AGP Turbo in hand on friday or Monday. Money, time, and patience will solve the injector issue. I've already been asked by a local shop if I could drop off a sample injector for them to work off of. I'll work on that after i get my motor broken down.
