Aggressive fitment anyone?!

i feel you on that man lol my stock wheels are making me want to just rob a bank so i can afford some flush wheels, they are so terrible

ya i already rub just with the 55 tire on the pro-kit. but i do really want to get coilovers, just dont have the money. i just love how the wheels look. i was thinking of maybe getting them machined down but i don't know how far i could go. i just really hate how far in my wheels are right now.

Buy coilovers with the money for the wheels?

i dont think there is anyway i am getting coilovers for $400, i wish i could. if i buy anything used it would have to be hardly used, i just don't like buying things used that wear out over time and have already probably have most of there life taken out of em.

BadBandar was selling his BC's w/ 10k miles for $650 the other day.... Keep your eyes open.

yeah the exhaust sounds good, car is pretty low...the pics make it look like its not thought which is kind of funny. but whatev. yeah coilovers will happen before i go too crazy....

and yes i have ridden in the beasts...the supra almost made me need to change my pants. it puts down 1034hp on pump gas and 1200+ on race gas, dont remember exact figures. high boost setting is capable of 59lbs. and 1520hp. its pretty rediculous.

enjoy

back on topic though....thanks for the advice. it is all much appreciated and will be used wisely! hopefully i will pursue my coilver low offset setup before i get the want to sell the car and get an MS3....haha

i want to go kinda agressive, all you "hellaflush" gurus lemme know if you think this would work/what i need to do for it to work...
im gonna lower on tein s-techs. i want rota g-force here are the two sizes i was looking at
17 x 8 5 x 114.3 +35
and
17 x 8 5 x 114.3 +48
and
17 x 7.5 5 x 114.3 +45
i would really like the +35... idk if i would have to roll my fenders or what...
also i have 225/45/17s

you def need a fender roll, the +35's would look good, a little bit under flush i beleive

Should be plenty flush...

And 719, sounds like you need to do your homework... 17x8.5 +48 is going to be right up on your strut, and 225/45/17 on 17x8.5 +35 is gonna rub like a mo fo. Especially without a stiffer suspension. Even with a roll & over doing the neg. camber...

what about like 205/40/17?
it would maybe stretch, but thats ok

You will have to stretch the rear tires if you want to run 17x8.5 +35. And pull your fenders (not just roll...) & dial down the camber.

Not to mention your suspension is not stiff enough and allows for too much travel. You will rub regardless, most likely.

I'm going to be running 17x8s +35 soon , just got to figure what brand of tire to use.(yes)

Nice, I'm probably gonna go with 5mm spacers and end up with 17x8 +40. Maybe if I'm feeling froggy, I'll get some extended studs and run 10mm spacers...

flush, so the +35 will be 10mm in, thus being almost flush, like i said lol

and i think u misread his post, he is looking at 8" wide wheels, not 8.5, i did the same thing at first
