Aggressive fitment anyone?!

Thats a serious tire, but I don't think I would want that much tire on my wheels.

I have Tein Super street coilovers. With the 225/50s they are but millimeters away from touching the strut body. Ill try and get some pics. With 3mm spacers I was still rubbing. So I had to move up to 6mm. (for the rear) As for the front they werent such a problem.

This count?

Wow! That picture pretty much sums up the all things I cannot stand on custom wheel mods.

First - black wheels. They look terrible. You can't tell where the wheel stops and the tire starts plus they blend into the wheel wells so you might as well have space saver spare tire or steelies on there.

Second - wheels sticking out too far. It looks like someone put wheels on the car that do not fit and they just said "oh well, they are on there now so I guess I will just keep them."

And third - car is lowered so much it looks like the springs have failed.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, so I just thought I would give mine. You are welcome to disagree, and if you like this look that is great!

First, you must have bad eye sight because I can clearly see the tire border from the rim.

Second, never heard flush being considered as sticking out to far, thats called poke which follows these lines

and third, slammed stance is everything

Just sounds like you have old timer views on wheels/fitment/stance.

I dont care what that guy says. Car looks sexy Greg. Great addition to the car.

I dont know if I qualify, but here's my try:
17X7.5 - 205/40. I have no clue what the offset is.

so since you guys have tried alot. i want to make this fit

15x9 +36mm offset with some combination of 215 tire.

my math got me to somewhere near 4 degrees of camber to make it fit.

This is the most respectful reply I saw in the thread so I will use it to reply. Other than being too low for my taste, I think the car looks way better in the signature picture with the Racing Hart Wheels. Am I the only one who saw that top picture and thought "wow, way to ruin a nice looking car!"

If you can't stand an honest opinion that differs from your own point of view, you really should not ask for opinions in a public forum.

So then I have a question: what is the Range that the MSP can run for an offset that wont rub and allow them to tuck? I have +40, looks aggressive to me, but they rub like crap if I put more than one person in the back. (sucks)

Offset changes per wheel size, width and diameter, and tire/drop combos also change how much you're going to rub. A roll and pull will also change your answer as well.

It all depends on the combination of the above.

does it rub on the back right side first b4 any other corner?

thats where i rubbed too when i had some +40 wheels on there too.. i think i read the fitment guide in the p5 section and im not sure if it applies to our sedans too but the OP mentioned the rear right is the first corner to always rub
