Aftermarket touch screen for Mazda CX-5 2023?

is it possible to get an upgrade to the mazda cx-5 2023 model so it has a touch screen?
its very annoying for my passengers and distracting for me as the driver as using the dial takes some getting use to and usage I have to pass my passengers my phone.

The dial will come. I hated it at first too, but now it's definitely pretty cool. It is rather intuitive!

Personally I don’t mind it, but it’s difficult to use for passengers, especially infrequent ones

There might be a software hack to allow touch when moving. There was for the older models. Do some investigating.

The Mazda AIOtweaks software (to which you refer) used a back door hack to modify the firmware. Mazda has closed that door with later firmware versions after ~2020, so nothing will work now, unfortunately.
