CX-9 Gas Mileage

Light foot maybe? I call out the 2200 ish on climbs up Hwy 101 south of Camarillo everytime we come home from Santa Barbara.

I usually have cruise control going. 75 is the sweet spot for decent MPG and as fast as possible for me

In my 2018 CX9 GT, I regularly get between 6.5-7.5 L/100 KM ~ 34MPG. That's doing between 105-110 kms/hr, not drafting from other vehicles either. Definitely impressive.

2015 cx-9 w/ v6. I'm getting about 18mpg average combined, Highway is about 24-25 depending on speed. Anything over 75 tanks the mileage though.

I found this as well. Most of my commute is 80 mph or higher now. With the CX-9 I was getting 18-19 MPG. When I had the 65-70 mph commute, I was getting 25+. Now in a 4Runner and getting 19-20 MPG at the 80 mph+ commute. A brick in the wind with a dinosaur of an engine is getting better MPG than the more aerodynamic CX-9 with a smaller turbocharged engine at those speeds

I just filled up yesterday. $3.65/gallon for 93. It took me $70 to fill around 19.1 gallons. From the last fill-up, I was able to drive 433 miles. I averaged 21.3mpg. Let me know what you guys are doing to get better gas mileage.

Has anyone used the Lucas injector cleaner?
