AFC-SplitSecond PSC1 Map Library

i need to get a wideband and tune my afc..does V1 have data logging? i havent touched it sence installing it last winter and loading supermap.

Run the stock supermap and change all values in boost by -.3. For instance a 9.5 would now become a 9.2. Highlight each column and use the change by button. Quick and easy. Should be a decent starting point with the 440s. I'm sure you will have to take more out as I was in the high 8s.

I have a wideband and yeah it's running pig rich, drives horribly, i was at atunnining shop all day yesterday doing the fuel pump and 440's then the tuning started but we ran out of time so now i just have to drive like a grandma

Fudgie, how's this one, car feels much better, leens out in the 4500-5000 range all in all car runs much much better, what changes would you suggest?

Looking better! I'm sure it feels better too. How much boost are you running and with what turbo? If you are able to datalog with your WB, post up your graph. The wb doesn't lie. It is by far the most lean map I have seen, but I have never tuned with a walbro pump, so things are going to be different in some respects. Few things I have learned in regards to tuning with the unit: don't rely on your boost gauge. Open up the R4 software and let it be your gauge. When in boost, see what blocks and columns are highlighted, and make your adjustments based on that. My boost guage reads 1.5 psi higher than the afc, and you would be making adjustments in the wrong areas. Also take note of engine rpm. When my car is at 3k, the afc is active in the 3500 zone. May be just my car, but something to consider. Post a wb log if you can.

i'm running in the 14psi range, still leaning out slightly but i think it's something to do with the P2006 CEL code which is the manifold flap stuck shut on bank 1, i think i need to get a new selinoid, the car does feel much better though, i'm not data logging to the wideband, just the afc, i recorded a few runs, they are on my other laptop so i'll post them tomorrow

Radioshack will have the 9-pi serial to USB cable which is what I am using. If you have a serial port on the back of your computer just get a regular serial-to-serial cable as it will be cheaper and you may not need to install any drivers.

i have a SERIOUS dillema, i do all my tunning with my work laptop but today it had to be imaged, basically it removed all programs from it including the R4 Software, i have no clue where my disc is, it might be home in NC but i'm in GA, if anybody has it could it please be emailed to me or is there a link where i can find itui

is there a demand for the psc1? i've got one from PG and I'm looking to get rid of it. 200$ shipped? Its brand new.

no worries, i got it from Terbow in another thread i posted in

This is another revised map, eliminated more fuel in some places, much better, still reading rich 3500rpm range with low boost, for instance 5th gear and puch it, you'll get high boost but the rpm's climb slowly, well right there is where it still rich

SS wanted $70 for it when I talked to them. My used unit came with a bunk copy of the software, but a member was nice enough to send me a legit copy. If anyone needs the software let me know.

Gah, I brought the P5 up to 10 psi and WOT today for the first time since the 626 IM install - my old tune is crap now... Guess I know what I'm doing when I get some free time.

Just to let you guys know the Kelly2 map is extremely lean (in the 13s almost everywhere under full boost) on two completely different setups i've tried it on @ ~9psi.
