A high flow fuel pump will also help. I just ordered one because I'm going to be up around 10 psi with an upgraded turbo and I know the stock injectors and fuel pump can't handle that. I have some 440's but I'm holding off putting them in if I don't have to.

The stock fuel pump seems to do fine with 440s.

we don't need a high flow pump until 16 psi....

and i've also heard injectors are good till 14psi..could be wrong tho

Yeah, I wasn't questioning that. I just know some people have had successful with the stock injectors and a faster flowing fuel pump. It might have been Turfburn that had the stock injectors with boost pressures up around 15-16 psi with the Walboro and didn't have any leaning out problems.

I ordered the GT28RS and im running 9psi and i talked ken and he said that the walbro 255lph fuel pump would be fine, that our injectors are fine for the boost i was running. and man that fuel pump loud lol. when i get our of my it sounds like i have a mini supercharger in the back of my car.

Fatti03 just a question for ya, what did you do to fix your car when you couldn't connect to the conroller from your laptop??? I'm having the same problem and i'm ready to kill someone....lol

well if you are using a Serial to USB cable then you have to load drivers for the cable, I bought the cable from radio shack and it came with a disk. I plugged it in and it worked(i did have to use com4 BTW), but if you are using serial to serial and its not working you have to go into your comp and change the com. # not to sure how you do that but that, but i know its somewhere in the setting. If those dont work then check your power and ground cause i know i got a box saying there is no power to the ECU but that was cause i didnt have the drivers for the Cable.

Hay im running 14s under boost and its pretty steady, and yes i know its to lean, im using the supermap. I was just wondering what values to put it in richen it up.

Example: 9.5 is giving me 14.5 A/F what will make to 12.5 A/F,
I know that above 10 is making it richer so i was just wondering if there was a rough number that is used to to either lean or richen up the ratio. Will increasing the valuse to 11 put the reading to 12.5(i know it will probably will not but its just an example). If this doesn't make sense im sorry, i cant think of how to put this in words.

i would s*** my pants if i see 14's afr's!!

hell no!!!

i see something past 12.5 and i'm already letting go of the gas...

Is this 12.5 at WOT going into full boost or at full boost? When I am around 3k rpms and hit WOT it goes to around 12ish and then full boost it dips to 10ish and stays there. I am going to start street tuning it soon and wonder what the afr's should look like at different rpm's and boost. Is there a guide or something to give me a little more info as to what a conservative tune would be?

what map would be ideal for me with these mods....

aluminum smic piping (stock smic for now)
greddy bov
turboxs bpv
turboxs mbc @ 8psi (thinking of raising it to 10psi though)
ported throttle body (hopefully doing it today and putting car back together)
pg intake manifold
jdm camshaft
awr front and rear motor mounts
injen cai
perrin fuel rail
ngk spark plugs
open s-pipe until i get my exhaust made or bought

You guys should really take it to a shop if you have no idea what you are doing (or at least somebody who knows what they are doing). If you guys were local, id be more than happy to assist.

Yeah i installed the driver mine was com port #4 too, well thats the only one that would even count down to try to connect...i'll check again though thanks!! Maybe that is part of my issue of connecting....but shouldn't my car at least run more than 5 seconds after the install??? I should be able to just drive away!!! I know maybe the stock supermap is not the best for my vehicle but wtf????

my car was running pretty lean with the supermap but it was running fine, and i have some bigger mods then you, make sure you connected everything by pin not by color. It seems that you may a wire issue.

ok got a ?? about the vaccum/boost guage reading built into the AFC my boost guage says my vac is 18-19 at idle, but the AFC is saying that im at 21.56 which one do you guys think is right. When i bought the car the Guage was in it, so i dont know how old the guage is. But im not to sure how accurate the readings are from the AFC.
