Advice for USED mazdaspeed!!

Okay so I am thinking of buying a mazdaspeed protege, and I read most of the problems that can happen. I would just like to know if the problems I read in the sticky are only happening to mazdaspeeds or if they happen to all protege's. Also the car I am checking has 80 000km, so I'd like to know if it's worth it. I've seen some guys change transmission after only 20-30 000km and I've also seen lots of LSD failure at low km. So I was wondering if most of these problems happen because people abuse the car or if the car has normally all these problems. Or is the sticky just a big list of problems that most of them probly won't happen to me?
note: I WILL buy the car at a dealer so a garanty will be available
(min. 1 month-1700km but probably 6 months)

my MSP is just shy of 80K KM and I have hit a few of the common problems like the clunk, leaky turbo but haven't hit the LSD failure list yet.

If you go to look at the car get it inspected and when you do make them take off the heat shield on the exhaust mani to check for cracks.

Another thing to watch out for is the rear tires, because of the negative camber in the rear the inner sides of the tires will wear much quicker but this is not visible when the car is on the ground or you are not looking for it (I almost got hit by that at the sealership).

Don't forget the WGA, pull off the vac line and blow into it, if air goes through no problem the WGA is done.

Those are just a few of the other common things that arn't in the sticky...that I remember anyway

Edit: Also check the muffler tip and the bracket holding the muffler to the pipe above the axle for cracks, after I bought mine I noticed that the welds on the muffler were cracked

Most all of these problems are related the MSP and not a regular protege as they don't have all these cool toys
