REVIEW TIME!!! So I got the CS shocks and H&R springs combo installed today. I had the shocks set to about the middle setting. The ride is extremely comfortable and smoother than stock. No crazy bounce whatsoever and the drive is smooth...not rough. I was afraid of the h&r springs due to other reviews but I am really happy with this combo. I am going to stay at this mid setting for about a week to let the springs settle... im expecting another quarter inch of drop or so. Once the springs settle I may stiffen the shocks more. Thats how good these shocks are. This set up passes the daily driver test/ and the wife girlfriend test too. Once everything settles I.ll get an alignment and give it a spirited driving test. I could not make up my mind between this setup ir the bilstein coilovers and I do not regret this purchase at all. I love the drop and love the ride. Good job Corksport...again. its crazy what a drop does to the looks of the car. Anybody have any questions shoot away.

Mykflo could you post some pictures showing the wheel gap? Just a shot of front and rear wheels, even with the wheel possibly with flash on?

kwaits, for some gap photos, check out my silver build thread. I have a bunch of photos of my 2 on H&Rs on both the stock touring wheels as well as my assetto garas. mykflo! Congrats - I was hoping that would be your impression of the CS shocks with the H&Rs. The H&R drop looks SO good on these cars. On Wednesday, I go back to my h&rs and get the cs shocks too. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!(cabpatch)

U r going ti love it. Kwaits- I could put up some pics for y ou but the car will settle and drop a bit more after a few days. Do u want pics now or after it has settled?

Also.. I thought i'd have to remove my mud flaps but theyre fine. Should I install the rear flaps or remove the front ones?

Now is fine. I looked at inspekts, I was just curious as to what your gap was. The tire and the wheel well blended together in the photo.

Didn't get around to installing mine tonight, but will do it before the end of the weekend pairing with the Eibachs I've had on the car since about the 1k mile mark.

All of these positive reviews have convinced me to dig my car out and go put these on...even if the power is out...lol

Not a bad install at all. It took me about 2 hours total. I was already in the groove since I changed the front struts on my wife's Focus in the morning. I'm really happy with these guys!!! Corksport did a great job with these. I set them at 3 on both the front and the rear and drove to the bumpiest road in town. I gotta say that even with the H&R's the ride was even more comfortable than stock. I got an autocross coming up at the end of February, and I am really excited to see how these feel cranked up!

Got mine on this afternoon, paired with Eibachs. I set the front and rear to 8 , right in the middle, that way I can judge if I want softer/firmer. No complaints here but I've only got maybe 20 miles on them so far. Next up is better front sway endlinks before they start getting noisy like other members' have had issues with

i got mine installed! As others have said these are amazing, perfect for a daily/autocross user like my self. It took me a total of 4 hours mainly because of the fronts and getting the top nut off was a pain. My only handling test was a curved on ramp that i use to be squealing my all powerful all season stockers at 40 mph, now i take it at 50mph on the softest setting! I will update my thoughts after my first autocross of the year but im expecting big things! If anyone is on the edge of buying these but are worried they will ruin the ride for the commute, they actually make it better than stock! For once the marketing hype was true. Heres a pic showing the ride height difference, this is with H&R springs btw.

Ok, I'm sold! I'll try this set-up this summer.

Ok, I also got the install completed over the weekend, I have only put 25 miles on the combo (Eibach springs, Corksport adjustable dampers, Racing beat rear bar) but so far they feel good, I have only tried the softest setting so far for initial testing.

I agree with some previous reviews that the struts feel decent on this setting, maybe even slightly softer than stock struts with the Eibach springs. This could all be placebo effect though since I have not driven close to any limits yet.

When I get a chance to romp on the car a little, I will post back up.
