A Wonderful Morning!

Well, I woke up late as usual trying to go to school, having a mediocre day. All I wanted to do was listen to my new CD and just try to get this day overwith....

Next thing I see a car trying to make a left turn while I was just crusing along. She hesitates, but she decides to make the turn anyways. We'll by that time it was too late. I jam on my breaks and wait for the impact.

BOOM!!!! Airbag goes off, car starts smoking and my chest started to hurt like s***. She gets out and asks if I was alright. And I get out of my car to see the aftermath of a head on crash going 50mph....

Blah Blah Blah~ Cops come do there thing and my car is left with no front bumper, headlights are messed up, radiator wide open, and my trans not working properly. Both cars gets towed and police tells us to leave.

AND to top it off, when I was on the way home I was paranoid as hell, and I DO NOT want to be near a car right now.

She was a nice lady and all, but DAMN this officially ruined my day.

Just thought I share.

PS: Going to take pictures when I go to the tow place to get my subs out...

Damn dude! That sucks so bad. ppl always do that around here, and I'm just waiting for one of them to actually pull out in front of me (been close a couple times). Sorry about ur car dude, I'm glad ur alright. You may wanna go see a doctor anyway, just to make sure u don't have any internal injuries.

Thanks for you concerns. My chest is okay now, but my back is starting to hurt a little. I'm probably going to see how I feel tomorrow and decide whether to go to the Doctors office or not.

s*** happens, but this was so unnecessary, only if she would have just paid attention... Oh well, I still got my health(hopefully).

Thats what sucks about living around here. Everyone is in such a hurry that they make dumb mistakes. Pretty much everyday I will have someone pull out in front of me b/c they think they need to rush. Sorry to hear man, but glad your ok.

Well I hope your ok. What ever you do DO make a fast settlement. Wait a week or two if you can to make sure you don't have any whiplash. That can hit you days after the wreck.

that sucks, happened to me in a 626, thats how I got my MSP, but it does suck, glad your alright and hopefully it will all get straightened out, sucks though because it wasnt your fault, but it is going to lower the value of your car if fixed and not totalled

I know how it is man. Sorry to hear about this.
I definetly recommend seeing a doctor and a chiropractor.
My old ES got literally ran over in July by some idiot driving a truck who apparently doesn't know what brake lights are. I thought I was ok, but did actually have some neck and back issues that I've gotten worked out by seeing a chiropractor. Still f'ing around with the insurance company though regarding the medical bills (the chiropractor).
Royal suckage indeed... just milk the s*** out of it and make sure you get everything you deserve. I refused to let the ass that hit me get away with it and he hasn't... and I refused to let my insurance company to push me around.

It started to get worse so I just came home from one. It was boring and nothing really changed... He said nothing major but still have to go for 3months or so~

PS: I just noticed my steering wheel is turned, yet my wheel is straight. HMMM~

As for your parts....once the settlement is reached, you can go pluck off w/e you want. They can't stop you then, especially if the total it. It'll just end up at the scrap yard in a 12x12 cube.

Well that's what I thought also, but according to MY insurance(I just called them because I don't know her insurance yet due to no police report) "Once we total the car, it is like us buying your car from you, hence you not being able to get anything out of it." So we'll se what happens...
