Well, the time has come for me to move on. I am keeping the speed, but I am not going to actively participate in mazda related things anymore. There have been alot of things that have happened behind the scenes and I am ashamed to call myself a Mazda owner. I feel like we are acting like friggin Honda Ricers.

For the record:
It was my decision to give the sponsors money for donating for Mazdasummerpalooza. Antoine had never asked for a single dime. In a PM that I sent to all the sponsors, dated April 19, 2006, I wrote that each sponsor would get 25% of the monies collected for the raffles. The remaining 50% was to go to the person/company who donated the prizes for the raffle. Two months after the July meet, I still had no answer to give to Antoine about his share. HE NEVER ASKED ONCE FOR ANY MONEY! He asked, professionally, for a breakdown excel sheet of how his money, that he willingly gave us, was spent. My deciding to give the sponsors money was a way to thank them for helping put it together. It was appreciation for the fact that they are so actively involved in this mazda community. It was hell trying to fulfil my end of the bargain. The politics that are going on behind the scenes are ******* retarded. I'm over it.

I never want to work on another mazdapalooza, I never want someone to stop me again and say, "woah! what have you done to your speed?". I am completely over the whole thing. We are a bunch of thieves in the night.

Good luck to all, I hope the next meet is better than the last. And everyone gets the "behind the scenes" squared away, because it is B.S. to have to go through the crap that we did to make the last one successful. Everyone needs to remember that the people that put it together did so without recieving a dime.... unless you were a sponsor. And it was a way to say, "Thank you." I'm sorry that I won't be saying thank you again.

Take care all,

Sean

Sucks man, I hope you see success in your future endeavors. On a lighter note a couple of my roomates are from Coral Springs. Small world eh?

wow, this sucks... Thanks for all that you did to organize Mazdasummerpalooze, it was awesome. Sorry that the BS here has driven you away. Take care :)

WELL I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL BE DOING ANYTHING ON HERE AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not said a word but I have quietly (and most know that is hard for me!) sat back and watched way too much drama as well as political bulls*** rip apart what used to be a very tight FAMILY! I hope the real true FL Mazda owners will find another place to talk!

I want it to be known that I am not mad at any one and in all reality no one here has ever done me personaly wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just see way too much drama and political bs and have a few friends that have been banned or treated wrongly by mods! These people were a huge asset to this community even after they no longer drove Mazda's!

I personally refuse to support this site and instead decide to stand by my friends!

Wah, it's an internet FORUM!!!!

And if you think that ProMazda bulls*** is going to be any better, just ask Ghost and the others what happened the LAST TIME the name ProMazda was linked to a club....

Sean...You're always welcome here and be sure that Mazda Forums will rid itself of a Palooza/Promazda related drama...The fact is I believe you're a stand up guy and I hope that you can move on with us here @ Mazda Forums.

I'm going to remove all promazda related threads and posts from this community. That club and all related topics are a complete waste of time and are of absolutely no value to this community.

I'm also going to clean up this thread...Sean deserves to be heard with out the very people that drove him away...contaminating his thread.
