a-pillar paint??

hey whats up ive been searchin for an a-pillar paint match,but cant find one..is there a specific paint code? any help is cool

This color code is for the light grey interior. Go to home depot and have them mix a quart of Behr Premium Plus Int Satin Enamel, Pastel Base (7500) with the following colarants: B Lamp Black, OZ-0,48-10, 96-0; E Thalo Blue OZ-0,48-2, 96-0; L Raw Umber OZ-1,48-28, 96-0. Make sure and tell them you want a flat paint. This was given to me by Austin John so give him props for actually going through the process of trial and error and working witht he home depot guys to get the perfect match.

Gray 1, color code BN1
Gray 2, color code BN2
Beige, color code BN3
Off black, color code BN4

I just used a Krylon Interior/Exterior rattle can. Color: 41403 Dull Aluminium

It matches the surround on the radio (well very close). Here are some pic's:

Hey, I have been looking for an A-Pilar just like that one that you can put gauges in. Where did you get that one?

Autometer has those a-pillars. Look in protege5online

Yeah i know, but i think they r overlays, and not replacement. If they r overlays, how did they look?

Yep it's a overlay. It covers the whole thing. Just use some good two sided tape to put it togther and voila!

Where did u buy that paint? looks great!

I bought it at Canadian Tire. CT is similar to pep boy's. You can also pick it up at Home depot, Lowes or some other simliar type store.

Just remember the key to this paint, or any paint actually, is a primer. Get a good one ment for plastic.
