99 626 feul pump reset?

Hey can anyone tell me if my 99 626 has a feul pump reset button? If not why would my feul gauge not register feul?

No, it does not. Gauge not working properly would be related to the sending unit in the tank.

Could the problem be that it sat for a long time (maybe a year) with an empty tank and now the float for the gauge is stuck?

Rather than diagnosing the problem just list the main symptom.
If your gas gauge is not reading full and the tank is then we have
some where to go.
The most likely thing is the tank unit is shot, but that circuit can be
logically tested.. The float isn't likely stuck, the circuitry in the tank sending unit is likely damaged.
