93 Mazda protege spec

Just wandering if anyone could tell me the timing specs for a 1993 Mazda Protege DX 1.8 SOHC would be?
I also need to know what rmp the idle should be at while making the adjustment.
Any help would be great.

i think the idle should be around 750rpm ?
