I would suspect that the 5th/6th ports are't activating correcty. On the S4's they are activated by exhaust pressure IIRC. If it has aftermarket exhaust then you might want to check to make sure provisions were made to provide that activation.

doh, you're right, i forgot S4's valves are exhaust pressure activated, the S5's uses a bunch of vaccuum tubes to do that.

don't pay attention to the torque curves ... they couldnt get rpm to work. anyway, it's a dynojet so =\ but you can see the hp curve go down at the end

yup, looks exactly like mine when my 5/6th ports were stuck

definitely get it fixed, it's 25hp waiting to be unleashed!!

i only read a few lines but so far it doesn't look that hard to fix

this is getting exciting

Clean the gasket surface of the actuator. Shoot penetrating lube into the hole and begin to work the shaft in and out. Lube the shaft and work it in and out.

hope you can wiggle it loose with some lube and don't have to pull the intake manifold
