7K woops!

My car dies at 6000 rpm. I have my Aeroforce scan gauge set up for a shift light at 5000RPM. By the time it comes on and I react to it the car is around 5500 and I shift.

the turbo is small, so it spins at a much faster rate. but the faster it spins the hotter is also gets and less efficiant it's boost is.

its like comparing an industrial sized fan to a little single AA battery fan. the little fan spins really fast really quickly but can only really blow air over a small area, no matter how fast it spins. the big fan takes longer for the blades to get up to speed but blows massive amounts of air around at a slower speed. thats the best i can dumb it down and describe it
