Working :(

Sorry to hear Tony and wish you luck in getting the car back on the road.

Junior...what time you picking up 95 off of exit 27? I'll probably be in that area around 6:30-7ish? Will have to map it.

well I could be ready whenever you are around exit 21 or so, hit me up and we can meet

...you're a meteorologist too?

not a great one but i have the degree :). ive forgotten a lot! haha.

I think we are looking to meet at exit 54 in branford around 730am. So you can just come to branford and meet up around then. Im under 5 minutes from that rest area so I can easily be there around any time.

So in the winter it started, I thought OH OK ITS JUST BUILT UP SALT, but now its getting worse! what could it be? I drive my car and feels like the E-brake is on! it is the e-break line about to snap? or could it be something else? this crap is making me not even want to go to the meeting -_- it feels like Im driving on flat tires

frozen calipers perhaps. seems like its common to lots of peoples proteges. for me, i know after a good rain, when i go to drive the car the rear pads kinda freeze to the rotors. get a semi-loud bang when i start moving when they separate but im good otherwise.

Looks like I'm free to go. I'm skipping the auto show this year.. first time in 4 years :(

Eh, nothing really exciting at the auto show that you can not see in pictures online. I agree though, it's the fun factor of the show itself.

In terms of weather, look what happened this weekend. It was supposed to rain yesterday. I had canceled some plans because of it, luckily I had already made other plans.

Anyway, looking forward in seeing ya'll on Sat!

I'm gonna need some expert help with Amanda's truck. Apparently the Nitros have faulty gas tank inlets that don't cause the gas pump to shut off at certain temperatures. As a result, Amanda has spilled gas over the side of the truck on numerous occasions. The paint looks faded now. If someone could help us buff it out at the meet that would be awesome. Is anyone bringing a buffer?

Hmmm....could be a frozen caliper...they like to do that, especially in the rear. My e-brake will stick too after some heavy rains. I say come to the meet anyway, someone there I'm sure could help ya diagnose it. Just be sure to put air in your tires before heading out.

I like Kyle's idea about meeting up with him arond 7:30 at the rest stop.

Damn, that sux. Will the dealer do anything for ya? I would think that it should be covered under warranty and if not you should be able to fight it since the paint fade was caused by the problem.

Ouch sorry to hear that. I'll be bringing my buffer. Its old but its basically brand new since my dad always waxed by hand

looking forward to sat. rain or shine the die hards will be there! i'll set up the tent too if we need it. i hope to get my roll bar installed!

it cant be frozen calipers, it stays forever, like 20+ miles, but Im going guys =) and yes meet up so we can go in a train, otherwise aint fun -_- my # is 203 5835431, txt it when you all wanna meet up at 95 and time, I know you guys said it about 50x already but maybe someone wants to meet at 27 or so

I should be rolling thru the Bridgeport area around 6:45 so we can meet then and meet with Kyle at 7:30.

sounds good, shoot me a txt when you by exit 19 and I will be waiting by 27 on the side of the road or something

and then when you roll through bridgeport let me know and ill make sure im at the rest area within a few minutes. Id think its about 20 min with not traffic to go from 27 to 54. maybe less time.
