323 got hit.

If you are Unit 1, you are considered the striking vehicle, not necessarily the "at fault" vehicle. It could mean that you both were at fault but you were the striking vehicle. However, 99% of the time the Unit 1 is considered at fault. The other 1% is when it cannot be determined by the Officer. Were you or the other driver issued a ticket? If so, a court date should have been assigned. I'm a cop, and I have investigated 100's of accidents.

You're only supposed to go through a yellow if there is no way for you to stop, IE in the middle of the intersection.

tis what we call the "Point of No Return" ... those drivers ed classes paid off well ...

Nobody was issued any tickets.

after seeing the car it really made me want to cry. it really was a pristine low mileage cream puff snuffed out before its time.

i'll call nikole's cuz tomorrow, andy :)

its that bad? that sucks. i really liked that car. as ken said, it was in great condition and had low miles for its age. poor andy and his 3-deuce :(

but as i always say, it happened for a reason and maybe you'll end up in something you will like more.

Lady ran a yellow.
Kevin stained your seats with mustard. Of what color?

Yellow.

I rest my case. Defense, your witness.

Well, we will still let Andy hang out with us.......but we will have to urge him to get another Mazda soon:)
