30k Service??

Plannin to do this myself when i get back stateside end of the month and was curious what is involved in the 30k maintenance service from the dealer. Can anyone help me out with this...just listing it is fine. Thanks!

Inspect
Brake Hose/Line (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.

Constant Velocity Joint Boot (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.

Cooling System (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months whichever occurs first.

Fuel Supply Line (B)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first.

Steering (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first. Check steering operation and linkages.

Suspension (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first. Check front and rear suspension, ball joints and wheel bearing axial play.


Lubricate
Doors, Hood and Trunk (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first. Lubricate all locks and hinges.


Replace
Engine Oil (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.

Oil Filter, Engine (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.


Rotate
Tires
Perform at mileage interval. Inspect tire pressure and condition.


Tighten/Torque
Body and Frame (S)
Perform at mileage interval or every 24 months, whichever occurs first. Tighten bolts and nuts on chassis and body.


(S) = Service Warranty Requirement
(E) = Emission Warranty Requirement
(B) = Both Service and Emission Warranty Requirement
 
Members have also said that 30K is when you change out your tranny fluid too.
 
those S, E, B indicators, seem to mean these services MUST be performed to keep warranty intact, if so, that's pretty dirty pool, unless they allow the inspection to be done by outside shops.
 
you don't neccessarily have to change out any fluids at any interval (except engine oil), but they do need to be inspected. as long as the fluids look/feel/smell fine then you don't really need to replace them

i like to check my fluids every other oil change. very easy to just pop the lids and look at the fluids (except the tranny fluid). fluids should be clear and not have anything floating in it, at the proper levels, nothing should smell burnt, if you get some on your fingers it should not feel gritty, etc.
 
i changed my tranny fluid at about 20k give or take. i change my oil and filter every 3k. Im assuming change the plugs, check the breaks, power steering and coolant and call it a day? Lubricate doors? lol...they open just fine.
