i like the 215-45s , sure it rubs but u pretty much have to turn the wheel all the way to one side... i can live with that. the good thing about using a 45 series versus a 40 series is that the 45 is 7/8" taller. that makes the car a tiny bit slower but adds another 7/16" of tire in between the center of the hub ant the fender (thats 7/8" divided by 2). so thats kinda like adding a 7/16" drop to ur car since more of that empty wheel well space is taken up by the extra height of the tires.. also the extra meat on the tires makes for a more comfortable ride.
in this pic the 40 series tire will make this gap between the top of the tire and the bottom of the fender and extra 7/16" larger...
