i'd like to co-ordinate the meet so ClubProtege.com folks are there and it's all the bigger meet, i can push the meet pretty hard over there, and we have a good plenty Cali people on the forum.... i have some ideas, if anyone's willing to listen, about getting sponsorship or whatnot, and getting a "newbie" campaign going to get new cars to show.

i don't know who the "Official" organizer is, but hit me up on AIM if it sounds interesting to you.

I will be putting together this event with A few others. I will be closing this thread on Friday as requested. And the majority vote will have the date. From there we can zero in on a location. And I will approach my vendor buddies with the idea of setting up a booth. I also have some Protosport Items to raffle, and can set up a few events.

I'm going to be at Buttonwillow Raceway that weekend. So it's a definite no-no for me.

BTW, the motel 6s there are only about $35.99/night for 2 beds. But who knows how many they have left? lol

I wanted to change my vote:

It was brought to my attention that Sema is 4-7. So that would change the amount of vendors we had at the event. not good.
How is the following weekend for everyone?
