2014 brake problems

:
2014 Mazda CX5
With only 25k miles on it, my CX5 had warped rotors which caused the brakes to pulsate when applied. This was not covered under the original bumper to bumper warranty. I replaced the rotors with NAPA rotors but the problem returned after only about 6k miles. Is it the brake pads? I know I should have replaced them when I did the rotors but I figured they were fairly new so I didn't. I kept the original rotors and am probably going to try and get them resurfaced and put new brake pads on (not Mazda probably since they may have been the problem to begin with). Anyone else had this problem?

Also, lately my rear brakes (i think) have been squeaking when I put the car in reverse in the morning to pull out of the garage. I only notice when the car is cold, which is most of the time during winter in PA. What would cause this?

Did you drive down, on a long stretch of downhill? Overheating, is the main causes of warped rotors.

Are you sure the calipers aren't sticking causing the rotors to overheat ? I wouldn't resurface rotors, they'll warp even quicker. I only buy rotors that have a lifetime warrantee (o'Reilly, Advanced...) then replace them every time I do a brake job.

no idea if the calipers are sticking. Mazda dealer only said my rotors were "visibly warped" but did not say why.
