2010 bumper on 2007 CX-7

I bought a 2007 Mazda CX-7 that has damaged the front bumper and I want to know if I can fit the 2010 bumper, according to what I saw in this post http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?123770416-2007-Cx7-bumper-to-2010-Cx7-bumper, it seems that this is possible, so now my question is, fenders, hood and head lights are the same or I need to change something else?
