Great point, and the answer is that the next-gen Mazda3 is coming later, hence 2008.5 for both US and Canada.

For the recor I said I would find out for sure today if this is true...IT IS After I delivered my horrible speech in my speech 191 class today I went to the dealership that I worked at before going back to college and I talked to the General manager about it. He the took those same sheets of papper that I got scans of from my other source and handed them to me. So I will say it again for the record IT IS TRUE!!!!

White is my favorite color. I just bought my Black Mica like 45 days ago. If I was told white was coming out...I would have waited.

If my mazda dealer, does not help me get into a 2008.5 reasonably, I will never buy another Mazda product again. Now I know how the 04 GTO guys felt when the 05 came out.

eh. i guess it's good that silver is gone, means less numbers of them.

i like the gauges how they are. and i like the seats how they are, alcantara is cool, but not a huge improvement over the ones we have now.

i will, however, be going to pick up an MP3 player sometime after they're out. I know it's technically available now, but I'll just wait for these models to come out and then maybe i can get one for cheaper.

Alcantara actually sucks. My Lightning has those seats and i gotta tell you, the wear on them just plain sucks. Be prepared to get em reupholstered in a few years.

I would definately swap out my interior for piano black though!

i can vouch for this also, my wife's is300 is wearing horribly, and we're careful getting in and out of the car always.

i'm more pissed off at the mp3 feature. i can live with silver, but i was asking the dealer when i bought it why does canada and the regular 3 get pearl white but not the ms3 i got mine sept 22, and i would have gladly waited as well if i knew it was coming.

maintenance of this material is definitely required, but if it is cleaned and treated properly it should be way more wear resistant than regular suede
