still love my CBM its different and hardly ever looks dirty!!

Yah CBM and Grey are great for not showing anything. I have a SS RX8 as well and it takes forever before I see it needs a wash. I think I wash my MS3 every weekend (first)

I do think that Mazda needs to give us a lifetime supply of towels to clean our fricken tailpipe with. Wow have a ruined a ton of rags already on that thing.

Agree 100% Best color I've ever had on a car as far as keeping clean. I've had white, black, maroon and blue. Blacks the worst followed closely by white.

But that Gray looks amazing! And I'm really bummed about the MP3 thing. I so thought mine played MP3's when I bought it and was pissed when I found out the truth.

Oh well, I still love my car (drive)

To get rid of dust on your black car get a California Car Duster...it is only $9 at Target and worth every penny. Won't help much with water marks, but it cleans up dust very well and will extend your car wash interval.

I love the white, but I'm from texas and those bird sized mosquitos would make owning one almost impractical. I still find myself staring at my CBM loving the color even after a year. I am a little angry about the interior change though. Sounds like it is going to look awesome!

Look AND feel awesome. Those alcantara inserts are gonna be sweet. Thats the same material that they use on the porsche 911 GT3 interior. It is soft, durable, and all around an awesome upgrade.

i have 49 posts but thousands on moccforums.com. i called my local dealer (menlo mazda, redwood city, ca) and they acted like they didnt know a damn thing. i dont know now. imma call another one

well i work at a dealership and i am on the mazda dealer site as we speak trying to verify the earlier post. i have not found anything yet, but i will let you know when i do.

This is the best new I have heard all day!

Right...limited production run. 2007 was limited. With this news I am having serious doubts there are any limitations on the production of the MS3 anymore. The car is doing great business...it takes nothing more than a nod from Mazda to make more of them to meet demand, and it appears they are doing so. Our cars are no longer going to be as unique.

This is what I was thinking as well. Sounds like they might just keep on making speed3s and say forget the two year rule.

Hopefully they are going to think about the long term and re-sale values rather than short term but thats just me. However, it WOULD be appropriate for the Mazdaspeed3 to see 3 years of production with a color change halfway through. Is this what they are thinking?

I think it would be great if they keep on making these cars. How is having more parts and probly more aftermarket support a bad thing? I think it is great that they might keep on producing these. Screw having a limited car blah blah bla.

I would have liked white too. but, when i wanted the car, it wasn't available. but, i've learned over time that there will always be upgrades to the cars we drive. we just need to learn to realize that if we always want something different, that makes it hard to love what we have already.

it's cool to see that cosmic blue will be a little more rare now. nice (strike) ha

btw, you guys have so many damn icons its ridiculous; but awesome.

Filled out the order form

Just got back from the dealership. I filled out the order form for a 2008 WHITE ms3 GT. I put a deposit on it and they did a credit check and loosley valued my trade because it will be APRIL/MAY when my new car arrives. I was talking to the MANAGER on how he verified. He called a big-shot Northeast Region Mazda Sales/Supply guy who verified. They said the order I made will be placed with the factory as soon as they make the switch to 2008.5s. I just hope that the new gt alcantara seats will be heated like the base 3 gt models, probably not because there was no mention but all other info posted here on first page is accurate.

In summary: Order Paper filled out, Money down, Car arrives April or May... White MS3 GT in America, ill be one of the first. (2thumbs)
