2007 drivers side lower control arm

Hello

Can anyone tell me if the lower ball joint on the drivers side lower control arm be replaced? or do i have to purchase the entire lower control arm. If i have to do the latter what is the part number for this item. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

According to Mitchell estimating, it looks like the only part is the control arm assembly. TE69-34-350A and looks to be the same in both FWD and AWD versions.

"Diagnostic" is subjective....whatever a shop wants. Labor is 1.6 but does not include a front end alignment.

Did you end up replacing the control arm or just the ball joint? It looks like I need a ball joint on the right side...

It's easier to replace the control arm. I ordered a complete arm with ball joint off of Ebay for $82 shipped. The lower control arm is compatible with the Ford Edge/Lincoln MXX.

I agree. I had my mechanic tell me that my passenger side ball joint is gone and I need to replace the lower control arm. He suggested I replace both since an alignment will have to be performed. I too found the set on Ebay for $154 shipped.
