2003 MSP Rebates ??

Does anyone know if mazda is offering any Rebates for the 2003 MSP?
my friend has her eye on a new 2003 a orange MSP that has'nt sold and has been parked at a local dealership since dec.
How about price , what should she be expecting to pay for this 9 month old car ?

1500 rebate, considering i payed 18k without rebate..shoot for like 16k
