2000 626 Pricing

I'm planning on test driving a 2000 626 LX for my brother tonight. It's a silver 4 cyl. 5 speed, 56,400 miles, keyless remote and CD player, new tires. I don't know if/what other options or mods it has if any. She is asking $7,300 for it, says it is in Excellent condition, but according to Edmunds, that is a still a little high. How does it sound to anyone who owns a 626 or has bought/sold one recently? It's in the DC area if that makes a difference.
