03.5 Sputtering, Fuel problem?

Hey folks right now I have a issue with
Starting off (Acceleration from 0+ MPH)
Idle
Starting the car
Easy pull

So when I try to start the car the starter runs but doesn't turn over unless I give it a little gas.
When I start to accelerate it sputters or does not want to go, feels like it could Cut.
When I idle I'm at a low RPM random dips to very low RPM sometimes my car died idling at a red light
Finally when I am lane change for example I wanna speed up to the faster traffic speed it sputters and I am not accelerating

What could be the problem? I did some google research many point to fuel filter is that correct?
Next steps is to replace plugs, wires and coils?

How do I replace the fuel filter if that's my first process....

Fuel filter is inside the tank and rarely causes problems on Proteges. Check for vacuum leaks, although it sounds like a failing coilpack or maybe a plug wire is loose.

My vac seems fine I'm 20Hg in the gauge in idle, my a/f is super lean 17.0 + ,

I will buy new NGK wire set and autozone duralast coilpacks, and new spark plugs

Did you check you plugs? If you are running that rich, your plugs may be fouled!

I just put new plugs in there a in I believe early January NGK ZFR7F-11 I did not change the gap size its still .044 do you think thats causing the problem?
Do you folks have a recommendation on what plugs I could use that already have a gap of .028-.032? I heard its bad to change the gap size that drastically because it would make the tip off center or something like that... If no recommendation I will buy the same plugs and shorten the gap

I see people just recommend just cleaning the plugs and regap them

You need ZFR6F-11 plugs (if buying from a local store) and they MUST be gapped to .028"

Thanks for the newly updated info, I will get the ZFR6F-11 from Autozone $1.99 each lol, regap them, I might as well change my coilpack and wires as well !

**FIXED**
I went to autozone and bought the all the parts
Duralast Ignition Coil 2 of them $25.99 Each Part #C1340
Duralast Wireset 1 of them $30.99 Part #9185
NGK Spark Plugs ZFR6F-11 4 of them $1.99 Each Part #4291
Autozone Gap Tool $1.99

I got home and regapped the Spark Plugs 0.28-0.32 installed the plugs and new Coils and Wireset test drove it no more sputtering anymore and pulls stronger now !
Theres a couple more problem I will post about the MSP 1 down a couple problems to go !
