Saturday, March 20th @ 2:00pm
Any significant chance of snow or rain will cancel the meet.

INFORMATION
The 'Fun Run' mini-meets are a monthly gathering of local Mazda owners who want to have a fun ride around the twisty backroads of Bucks County, PA. The cruise is a little over 40 miles long with plenty of twists, bends, hills, and curves

We'll be meeting up at the Park & Ride in Yardley, PA off of I-95 right on the NJ/PA border.

The cruise will start at 2:30, and usually takes about an hour. Directions will be given to anyone who needs them.

If we get a large turnout like the February one, I will alter the first half of the route slightly to avoid getting separated again!!

RULES
1. Keep a safe distance from each other. If we are going too slow for you, then just deal with it for the time being. I'll give you a copy of the directions if you want to take the drive faster by yourself.

2. Strictly obey any 25 MPH speed limits. There are a couple of residential areas along the ride.

3. Use common sense at all times. No burnouts, 'attempts' at drifting, etc.

4. We will be taking things fairly fast, so be prepared for some 'spirited' driving. People that do not feel comfortable taking sharp turns higher than the posted recommended speed (not the speed limit, the speed posted on the yellow signs) will want to stay towards the back of the pack.

5. On straights and slight curves, for the most part we will stay fairly close to the speed limit. However, there are some areas where we will temporarily 'kick it up a notch' ...anybody who has done the run before knows what I'm talking about...that huge downhill after the straight road where everyone was 'warming up their tires' ;)

6. If your car is *significantly* lower than stock you may want to think twice before going on the run. There are a lot of elevation changes, and people with really lowered cars have had some trouble.

DIRECTIONS
From NJ/North: Take I-95 into Pennsylvania. Take exit 51 (the first exit in PA) towards New Hope. The Park & Ride is on your right at the first light.

From NJ Turnpike: Take exit 7A to I-195 West. See directions from I-195.

From I-195:Take I-195 West to the end. Keep to the left, and 195 West will turn into Route 29 North. Continue on Route 29 North to I-95 South. Cross over the bridge, and take the first exit in PA (exit 51 towards New Hope).

From PA/South: Take I-95 North towards New Jersey. Take exit 51 (the last exit in PA). Keep left at the fork, and turn left onto Taylorsville Road. The Park & Ride is on your right at the first light.

From Southern NJTake I-295 North to the end. I-295 will turn into I-95 South. See directions from NJ/North.

If you have any questions about anything concerning this run, feel free to post a reply or send me a PM.

Everywhere else: Send me a PM with your location and I'll get you directions.

Would anyone be up for a smaller "unofficial" run on a different weekend? Maybe some people who can't make the "official" run?

I definitely will be, just depends on the day! Let me know which saturday and I'll give you an answer, but I will most definitely like to take another run! This time you take lead and see if I can follow!

If anyone wants to meet up during the week, that I can do. But I work 12 hour shifts on saturday and sunday (8am to 8pm) doing network administration for $27 an hour. The place is dead quiet and the enviornment is amazing.

I simply can't not go to work on the weekends. Love the job too much and the extra money is letting me pay off my car by the end of the year. (13 grand to go)

If my short shifter will get here before that time, then yea Im probably in as long as Im not gonna work during the day that time.

AbbyVonNormal, let's not try for round 2 this time! Instead of going 110, just go 100mph!

Just looked at my schedule, I'll be there on the 20th!!!! WOOO HOOO!!!

As for anyone wanting to meet before then, let me know! Let's maybe start planning a date?

!!LoL!! Trust me...that wont be an issue. I am not someone who speeds all the time, especially that fast. This is my first ticket. I was just trying to follow the other guys to Hooters since i had no idea where it was! But damnit, no turbo!!:D
