Hey guys, I should be there....on a side note would anyone be interested in meeting up earlier to paint brake calipers? I got 4 sample "mazdaspeed" decals from PoLaK, and wouldn't mind sharing 2 of them. I'd be down for that! What time were you thinking? Since the family will be out all day, I can get out whenever I want! Oh, the joys of fatherhood/husbandhood........I was also considering doing my valve cover that day, but maybe I'll just do the calipers.

Good questions indeed....I dunno how long it takes, can't be that long...Justing how long did it take to do yours? As for where...my house is about 20 minutes from the meeting place, or we could do it right at Park and Ride lot, any other suggestions?

To do a good job it takes a while....you have to do a bunch of very light coats, and then wait for them to dry.

I'd give 2 hours at least.

Two hrs isn't too bad. Either spot should be good. Maybe we'd have more space at the PnR? Whichever. What all is needed for prep/cleaning the calipers?

Up to you guys, if it takes 2 hours might be better to do it at my place...lots of space, garage, can watch Chappele DVD while the paint dries up....good times (drinks) (drunk) (thinkbeer
