Stock Tire Size for our MP3s are 205/45/17, I wonder if it's Okay to put 215/40/17 on our Racing Harts. Speedometer will be 2% faster which is OK, but I'm thinking about the low profile for the 40......and with my lowered suspension springs. (Eibach 1.4fr, 1.8rr) Any thoughts?

Just tonight after the snow storm today, I recognize my rpm drop when I put in neutral. From 800 normal. down to 600, 400, 200, then light slowly goes darker and the car (or the engine) shake. Sometimes it bounce back to 600rpm..and drop t0 400, 200 again......is like when the car is shutting...
