2017~2025 CX-5 Engine Intermittent Clicking Noise

Hello, I started hearing this intermittent clicking noise when the car is running. I notice the noise mainly when I start the car and it's idling, and sometimes when I am driving. I have attached a video of the engine running. The noise seems to be mainly coming from the left side, near the alternator? If anyone could let me know what this noise is and possibly how to resolve it that would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

You can probably rule out the alternator by slipping the belt off and starting the engine if the noise goes away, it’s the alternator or something driven by the belt. Won’t solve it conclusively but at least you can start ruling stuff out.
