Yeah, I figured install would take time. That's fine, I want it to be done right. I'm gonna pull off my Injen and my Strut bar and get those and the IC pipes all powder coated to match.

I also ordered a 2.5 dia. downpipe from Ion when I ordered my fmic. I can't wait! woohoo. Also my blitz dual solenoid electronic boost controller is coming tomorrow. End of Jan. should be interesting!

As of right now, the ION front mount is probably gonna be my first mod. But speaking of ION, does anyone have pics and specs on their DP. Thanks, and let me know how you guys like the front mount.

I have their DP, its 2.5" and looks very nice. I think I paid $275 for mine, can't remember if that was w/ or w/out shipping though. I highly recommend them.

Hell yeah! High five to VegasMSP. Yup, Jack said he has 20 being produced right now. I wanted to get mine before Christmas but the money wouldn't allow it. He had four left then and now he has none. Shows how popular this kit has gotten especially since Terry sold Spool (RIP). I've got to get my electronic boost controller too. Thinking I'm gonna go with the Greddy Profec B since I've been happy with their products. Definitely sounds like we'll be doing a lot of work at the same time.

Glad it's on there bro, did you ever get a chance to trim the bumper cover a little more??? I have to take mine off tomorrow to install the new grills, lol. I'm gonna tighten all the connectors again while I'm at it.

I have the same one from Ion and i love it fits nice and looks great. it took about 5 hours to install. i would suggest while you have the front of your car taken off. i painted my headlights and it looks awsome there is a "how to" on it.

Welcome to the world of ION. lol. While their website is virtually useless except for contact info, their products and customer service are great. As for the price its $925 for the kit at club (forum) price. You can just email them and Jack will get back to you in about a day. Hope that helps.

Definitely. My car is gonna be looking at about a weeks downtime. I'm gonna pull the front off and take it to the body shop so they can paint match and mold my grill and downforcers to it. Meanwhile I am gonna be installing my FMIC back home and if I can find a set of P5 headlights I'll be painting those and installing them too. Lots of work but it'll be fun.

I agree, Jack is great at customer service. I ordered their 63.5mm dp with hi-flow cat. It was $379 shipped. Hopefully I'll get my car back before the pipe comes in.

Agreed, I plan to have them on Speed dial. lol. I am guessing you'll be killing your turkey with this mod also?

Yeah I'll probably will be killing the turkey. We have to modify the pipe to with a bov flange, because it isn't there. Jack says they use the fmic kit in conjunction with the stock bpv. I'm also powder coating my IC pipes to match the black injen I have.
