Been a member for a while. Wife had a 2004 MZ3s until yesterday morning. She bought it in 2005 with 14k miles. Sold it yesterday with 160k miles after putting a rebuilt tranny, new drive shafts, output shaft seals, rear main seal, torque converter seal, all motor mounts, new tranny and radiator fluid, transmission speed sensor. Tires were 800 miles old. I've been fighting with getting this car perceptively reliable enough in my wife's eyes to use again as a DD. Alas she had enough and called the time of death March 31, 2014 at 4 p.m. when we purchased a 2014 CX-5 Touring with the moonroof and bose. I took another week to fix the old
MZ3 and sent it on its way back to OH.
More about my stable...I have a 2006 MZ6 GS 5 door hatch which I love. I have a list of mods done to it, complete suspension a few bolt ons, 2012 MSP3 rims. I've been a member on 6crew and mazda 6 club for years as well as on Atlanta Mazda Owners Club.
Anyway, look forward to learning about the newest Mazda to our family and contributing as much as possible. I'll post some pics as soon as the environment stops ejaculating it yellow dust all over GA.
Here's some quick pics of my MZ6 at home, at a car show and ready for a drive in movie.
