Neons

me, my bro, and a friend are gonna start are own car club. We're all getting purple neons so we all match. its gonna be a black gti my bros blue rx-7 and my protege5. what u guys think the purple will look like with the p5. give some opinions..

i dont know about prurple neons on a dark blue car, but hey, if you like them(see how they look lit up first), then go fo it!

You'll get the idea across, but really I'd go with what looks best on your car, and just all have some kind of sticker logo on quarter panels to match each other. The only way all same color neons would work if you all had same color cars.

Purple = Ugly


Anything but purple.... Maybe yellow or green... or maybe even white. I've never understood why someone (especially a male) would put purple neons on their car....

I don't like neons, but if you're asking my opinion about which color fits the midnight blue P5 best? I'd go with either blue or white.

preferably white...

I went to a car show in January '02. A guy there had a Midnight Blue Mica MP5 there and had a local shop do some customizing. They put white neons underneath. It looked SWEET!. When the white light hit the paint it still projected the lightest purple hue on the ground.
