Off Center license plate mount

Hello, wanted to know if there was a license plate mount made to relocate the plate off to the side, without drilling into your bumper. I was looking to make a bracket that can mount through the driver side got light hole on the msp front bumper and mount the plate there. If anyone has any suggestions or know where to get one please post. Thank you.

I made one a couple of weeks a go for my P5. All I did was use the plate bracket that came on my car, drilled out a couple of new holes towards the bottom of it, and ran bolts through the stock P5 grill. I had to do a bit of trimming on the top of the bracket so it would clear the rest of the bumper. Eventually I'll get the stock holes in the bumper filled when I get the whole thing repainted. I'd thought it would be really complicated but it actually was quite easy. Wish I had taken how-to pics.

have to be a member to see pictures?

I have mine mostly to the passenger side of the lower grill. Just used black zip ties. I didnt want anymore holes in my bumper...lol

can you take pics? I thought about doing that too, but I'm afraid it'll vibrate around and scratch the paint

Thank you for posting some pics, has anyone used the cusco relocation bracket or made a custom one.

this is a link to the cusco bracket

The bottom is where i was thinking of using the evo vIII bracket and put it on the front bumper but over between the center grill and fog light hole on the driver side. I don't have fogs currently and am thinking of maybe getting a pair or putting in just a grill. Any thoughts?

That was what I was thinking of doing on my car but a few things stopped me.

1) I'm cheap so I wanted to make my own solution

2) Making or using a bracket like that means drilling into the hardened steel bumper, which takes a long time and for me would probably mean taking my bumper and intercooler off to get the holes in the right place

3) I think the upper edge of the lower grille opening hangs lower than the steel underneath, meaning you'd need a couple of spacers on the bolts holding that bracket to the steel, or else it would be crooked or not secured properly.
