This mornin I was lookin for a trans fluid leak or to see if the drain bolt had loosened. There is a leak but i found this also. At the back of the trans two empty bolt holes. This ain't supposed to be, is it?

IMO there is supposed to be a bracket either for the stock exhaust, or an engine lift in those holes.

Exhaust braket would make sense considering there is an aftermarket one. I don't know, I just know that there is fluid all around the bottom of the trans

I am the only other person I've heard of who just dumped all their gear oil. Look underneath the gearbox, near the drain bolt. I have a random little bolt back out and fall out, draining all my gear oil. It turns out it was holding some rod inside the transmission, so now I assume it is just kinda loose chillin up against the magnet inside the gearbox. >_<

here's the pic of the bolt that fell out of mine: http://picasaweb.google.com/clauretano/TrannyCatastrophe/photo#4998918508741853202

IS THE CAR DRIVABLE? If so, is there any noise or problems with shifting?

yeah the car is totally driveable. I found a bolt to plug the hole, but now I fear that it isn't holding the rod anymore. There is a slight whine in 3rd gear and 5th gear, and sometimes it isn't very easy to do the 1-2 shift anymore.

I've probably driven 1k+ miles since the incident happened.
