Msp In Japan?

The callaway turbos are put on at dockside in NJ after the boats stops at LA first. My friend works for that dock and he was the first one to tell me about MSP's problem with turbos blowing up when cranked up. :)

they don't actually put them in at the dock. Second, what problem is the turbo having, this is the first that I've heard of this. The turbo doesn't have the problem. The problem lies in the half-ass tuning of the car that people believe they can turn up the boost with no problems. Tune the car right and you can make plenty of power. My .02 cents

what the hell !!! the sport20 a-spec sedans get a lot of really good s***. i want the 1.3bar rad cap and that blue Mazdaspeed air filter ! someone w/ a lot of time and money import a sport20 a-spec w/ the FS-ZE and have some fun turbocharging and shizzle !

the compression isn't turbo friendly. the major differences are the ecu and the cams. japan isn't american octance friendly. they are >93 octane friendly.

mazdaspeed japan did come out with a a-spec familia (or protege) it came out the same time as the mp3 protege did in the U.S. thats y the mp3 has the same aero kit and rims and the innocent blue color. but to every one thats confused there is a japan ver. it's not a sport20 mazdaspeed, it's called mazdaspeed a-spec familia and sport20 is the wangon (or protege5)not the sedan. mazdaspeed never made a familia wagon.mazdaspeed familia and roadster

Don't worry mine is a walking time bomb too... I got mine 2 weeks ago... I just like to car too much... When i went to buy it i dind't even look at any other cars (civic si, SRT-4, SVT, Nissan, etc...). The bad thing is, after i bought it, the dealer wanted to void my warrenty for a TT. Forget that I got my dealer to give it to me in writing that says they would not void my warrenty for the TT. FYI the Familia is like the size of a GEO Metro(i know i drove one is New Zeland). No way is it MSP.

Red line every gear and no cool off time. do it 2 times and the turbo is gone. Just thought u might wanna **** up ur car... J/K Actually the reason why my friend was about to blow up the turbo was cuz the car was getting runned in a warehouse at 3 pm in the middle of june(like 110 degrees). Plus they red lined every gear, the turbo didn't have enough cooling and it blew up.... HEHEH that is why no one owns the #3 MSP. :)

That A-Spec is funny. Here we strive for J-Spec, then over in Japan, where they have all the goodies, they want an A-Spec car... Hmmmmmm...

Thought it was for "American Spec"

No, if anything that would be US-Spec. They don't call it ADM for American Domestic Market, do they? It's USDM.

I thought that the Proteges came into FL & got turned into MSPs in Jacksonville, FL or something. I've never heard anything about NJ or LA.

Isn't that where this is?
