Pull your in cabin filter (behind the glove box) and reach your hand up there and feel around the blower fan. I bet you'll find something rubbing and once you remove it the noise will go away. Mine was ticking and it turned out to be some leaf stems that found their way through the grills below the windshield.
how old is your car ? might be a bearing on the ac compressor shaft going bad, happened to me on my previous car,
I applied all sorts of oil/grease and sprayed pulley belt dressing, nothing got rid of the squeaking until I replaced the compressor itself.
