P0733, P0734, AT and Check Engine 2010 CX9 Help!!!!

I have 2010 cx9 running 50K miles only, three weeks after I have changed the transmission oil suddenly after I reduced my speed the car started to delay in the gear shifts like it is becoming neutral before shifting to the next gear then AT light on and check engine lights on!!!. I stopped the car I switched it off then restarted the car again the AT light went off and the check engine remains and when I shift the gear from N to D it took 2 Sec to shift hardly!!!, when I pressed the gas it moved as if it is on neutral, so I tried to put in M it moved better till the 3rd gear only, after 10 mins of driving the gear stack on 3rd gear and the At came again. I made a computer check the result was P0733 incorrect gear 3 ratio and P0734 incorrect Gear 4 ratio. workshop told me to rebuild the transmission with 2000$ !!! is that for real ??? its only 50K miles!!! Help me guys!!!

do you have a FWD or AWD,

if AWD, might be transfer case problem, Mazda dealer may be able to fix with no cost to you,
Mazda now warranties transfer cases to 60K so your vehicle would be applicable.

Isn't the drivetrain warranty 5 or 6 year/ 100k for these as well? Doesn't the tranny fall under that?
