His car is up for the winter. Last summer he exploded the intake manifold (split at the seam in the plastic). He won't say, but I suspect he was over 22psi. He is also now spraying meth and nitrous.

Bank of America, I am familiar with OHFA, I did a lot of those loans. I have tried to get a number of our members to use it. Nothing like it free money, combined with seller concessions, makes for a nice deal.

Congrats on buying a house tweiss3!

Marlon....hoping the place we just re-fied (?) with sells the loan to BOA! Had them for the last two years and in my years of home ownership, they do a great job with the monthly statement. I like seeing all the numbers and where my money is going vs. getting a coupon book for the year and mailing one in every month.

Tis true....time to buy furniture, curtains, blinds, lawnmowers, etc etc. There's always something when you own a home but the plus is you get to write off the interest and taxes at the end of the year.

And if you are shopping for furniture, check out Lovesac. It's pretty unique and comfy IMO.
